Every weekday, Haabersti Youth Center offers free activities in hobby groups, study assistance and leisure activities to support young people's activity and coping in social life.
From Monday, October 11, to Thursday, October 14, you can vote in the local elections at thirty-one polling places in Tallinn, regardless of your place of residence. In addition to polling places open indoors, you can also vote in polling places set up in outdoor tents. Proof of vaccination is not required at voting.
The 18th Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day took place on Tuesday 28 September and included more than 40 events dedicated to participants ranging from brand new entrepreneurs to senior executives. In total, 2000 people attended the seminars in person and online. Over the coming weekend, on October 9 and 10, vaccination is again organized in Tallinn schools. One school is open for vaccination on Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm and seven schools are open from 10 am to 6 pm, and in two schools, one can be vaccinated on Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Everyone from the age of 12 are welcome to get vaccinated without pre-registration.
The City of Tallinn and the Estonian Transport Administration gifted sets of traffic signs to kindergartens for learning safe traffic, which will enable to create a small traffic campus in the kindergarten’s courtyard. 24 Tallinn kindergartens will receive the traffic cart this year.
As part of a charity campaign that took place throughout September, 75 schools across Estonia, including 8 Tallinn schools, received slacklines to promote physical activity among students.
Local elections 2021 voting takes place between October 11-17, both online and in person. Estonian citizens, EU citizens and permanent residents who are at least 16 years old have the right to vote.
