The City of Tallinn has begun informing residents about upcoming street repairs for the next week. At the start of each week, Tallinn updates its social media and website with information about road and street repair works to keep residents informed about developments in their neighborhoods.

Free legal advice available in Pirita and Nõmme in October

The City of Tallinn is offering residents free legal consultations on designated legal advice days scheduled across various districts. The next consultation days will be on October 3 from 2 pm to 6 pm at the Pirita District Administration and on October 31 from 9 am to 2 pm at the Nõmme District Administration.

Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day: foresight, inspiration, and a glimpse into the future

On October 1, the annual Tallinn Entrepreneurship Day, themed "Forethought," will focus on the importance of strategic thinking and future-oriented approaches across various aspects of entrepreneurship. A total of 53 events, including seminars and workshops, will take place at the Radisson Collection Hotel Conference Center and other locations throughout the city. Registration is open.

City Council Scholarship supports research benefiting the city

The City of Tallinn has announced the 2024 Tallinn City Council Scholarship (Raestipendium) competition, aimed at supporting master's and doctoral students whose research is connected to the city, holds practical value for Tallinn, or addresses key challenges facing the city. Applications can be submitted from October 1 to October 15.

Public display begins for Astangu-Mäeküla nature reserve designation

From September 23 to October 14, the draft regulation for the designation of the Astangu-Mäeküla Nature Reserve will be open for public display. The aim of the reserve is to ensure the preservation of valuable natural habitats, heritage landscapes, and cultural heritage sites, as well as to maintain a functioning green network.
