By 1 December, marker posts will be removed from most of Tallinn's cycle paths to ensure smooth snow clearance and the use of cycle paths in winter conditions.

The eighth edition of the Sports Morning last Friday brought nearly 600 amateur athletes to the capital's sports halls and winter swimming centers.

All residents of Tallinn have until midnight on 30 November to take part in the selection of the best athlete and team in Tallinn 2022. Residents can vote for their favorites in the following categories: best female athlete, best male athlete, best sports team, best youth athlete and best para-athlete on the website www.tallinn.ee/et/aastasportlane2022.

Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart and minister Jaan Tammsalu will light the first Advent candle on Sunday, 27 November at 4pm on the Christmas tree in Town Hall Square.

Tallinn's 2023 budget includes bridge funding through Tallinn Industrial Parks to start construction of the Tallinn Film Wonderland. Tomorrow, 25 November at 6pm, the traditional Christmas market will open at Town Hall Square and the lights will be lit on Tallinn's central Christmas tree. The traditional first Advent candle will be lit on the tree in Town Hall Square by Mayor Mihhail Kõlvart and Tallinn's Provost Jaan Tammsalu this Sunday at 4pm.
