Sea party Sail Tallinn offers a spectacle both on land and at sea

At the end of this week, 16-18 July, the most magnificent Estonian sea party will take place in the Old City Harbour cruise area, Patarei sea fortress, Seaplane Harbour and the Noblessner seafront quarter, where artists from Estonia and the rest of the world will provide entertainment on land and at sea. Outdoor cafes, children's areas, a design street are open on the occasion and a sea taxi will provide transport from harbour to harbour.

Tallinn supports homeowners on joining the public water system

By the regulation of the Tallinn City Council, the city will reimburse the connection fee when joining the public water supply and sewerage system for residential buildings with a permit issued before 2011. In order to receive compensation, an application must be submitted to the Tallinn Environmental and Public Utilities Board.

Tallinn will continue with the home doctor project in September

In October 2020, the Tallinn Social and Health Care Department, in cooperation with the Tallinn Ambulance and the Tallinn Children's Hospital, launched a home doctor pilot project, the aim of which is to proovide medical care to sick children aged 0–12. In July and August, the project will be suspended and resumed in September.

Road reconstruction works in the City Centre district

On Monday, June 28, renovation works of the intra-quarter roads of the City Centre district will begin by order of Tallinn Environment and Public Utilities Department. In the course of the works, the asphalt pavement of the streets and sidewalks will be renewed, the dilapidated curbs will be replaced and the wellheads within the determined area will be repaired. Tree pruning and landscaping work are also performed.
