Tallinn Central Library, Tallinn City Museum and Tallinn Literary Centre are collaborating to offer the public a new, free opportunity to experience culture - borrowing museum tickets.

The architectural competition for the extension of Tallinna Reaalkool – Tallinn Secondary School of Science – has been won by an Estonian architecture office Molumba with the design R². Construction is scheduled to start in 2024.

The upcoming Sunday is International Mothers' Day and to celebrate, people can visit a series of concerts in the open air and in concert halls, as well as workshops and fairs taking place in Tallinn.

The Tallinn City Government is preparing to initiate the establishment of the Astangu-Mäeküla protected area in the Haabersti district. A home doctor pilot project continues in Tallinn to ensure that children with health emergencies receive medical care at the weekend. Almost 270 home visits have been made this year. Home visits will be temporarily suspended for the summer months before resuming in September.

From Sunday, 1 May, the navigation season on the ferry route between Tallinn and the island of Aegna will start, with the vessel departing from Patarei Harbour from the Linnahall quay and sailing to Aegna in 30 minutes.
