Fitness Day
Tallinn - European Capital of Sport 2025 invites you to the Fitness Day at Kalev Sports Hall on 18 October from 11:00 to 18:00.
The Sports Capital Fitness Day is a vibrant mix of workouts and entertainment, open for the whole family to enjoy.
The program includes MyFitness group trainings, entertaining stage performances, an interactive quiz hosted by Juss Haasma, and a parkour workshop designed for children.
The highlight of the day will be a joint workout accompanied by a live performance from the dance music duo Púr Múdd.
Students from the Applied Massage and Therapy College will provide relaxing breaks between the workouts.
The event is free of charge, but pre-registration is required for the workouts: spordipealinn.epood.tallinn.ee
Participants are required to wear indoor training shoes.

Fitness Day program
- 11:15 – 11:30 | TalTech Cheerleaders and Juss Haasma opening show “Highway to Hell”
- 11:30 – 12:15 | Family Fun group training
A fun and family-friendly workout. Through playful and versatile exercises, the whole body gets activated with a focus on strength and muscle development. The aim is to improve physical fitness, boost confidence, and encourage healthy training habits. - 12:00 – 17:00 | Parkour workshops
Parkour is a sport that involves moving as directly, smoothly, and quickly as possible across any terrain while overcoming obstacles. The workshops are mainly suitable for children aged 9–11. Three one-hour workshops will take place at 12:00, 14:00, and 16:00. Registration is on-site. - 12:30 – 13:15 | Pilates 60+ group training
A workout designed for participants aged 60+, focusing on improving joint mobility, maintaining muscle strength, and overall wellbeing. The program includes adapted exercises with professional guidance, paying special attention to correct breathing techniques. - 13:15 – 13:35 | Interactive Kahoot! with Juss Haasma
- 13:35 – 13:55 | Capoeira
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines dance, acrobatics, and musical elements. - 14:00 – 14:45 | Zumba group training
Zumba is a dance-based interval training with Latin American music, alternating between fast and slow rhythms. Shape your body and burn calories almost without noticing! - 15:00 – 15:45 | Total Body HIIT group training
An energetic full-body workout combining high-intensity intervals and fun exercises. The training enhances endurance, speed, and strength. - 15:45 – 16:00 | Dance and fitness club TantsuGeen show
- 16:00 – 16:45 | Barre group training
Barre is an increasingly popular endurance workout that incorporates ballet-inspired movements and exercises. - 17:00 – 17:45 | Joint workout with Púr Múdd
A joint workout accompanied by a live performance from the dance music duo Púr Múdd, with additional energy from TantsuGeen dancers.
