The City of Tallinn is organizing an architectural competition to find a comprehensive solution for a new kindergarten planned for the Manufaktuuri quarter in Põhja-Tallinn, drawing from modern educational environment principles while fitting well into the historical context of the area. Submissions for the competition are accepted until June 27, 2024.

From March 4, Tammsaare Park's exhibition spaces showcase photographs of sailing ships that will arrive in the city's harbors during the Tall Ships Races Tallinn 2024 this summer. The exhibition will remain open until April 26.

The Tallinn Urban Environment and Public Works Department is set to construct sidewalks at 30 locations across the city, replacing informal trails or old paved sidewalks now in poor condition.

According to the regulation of the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications, the use of studded tires on vehicles is allowed until March 31.

During the first large waste collection campaign of the year, which took place from March 18 to 24, nearly 1,355 cubic meters of large waste were brought to Tallinn's waste stations.
