Tallinn to open five more COVID prevention points

On November 15, at 12 noon, the city of Tallinn, in cooperation with a private medical service provider, will open four additional COVID-19 advising and vaccination points in Haabersti, Lasnamäe and Kristiine. On Wednesday, November 17, a service point will also be established in the Tallinn Baltic Station.

Tallinn Hospital design contract signed

Today, Tallinn signed a design contract worth 17.8 million euros with a representative of the Italian companies ATIproject srl and 3TI Progetti, which won the design procurement for Tallinn Hospital.

Tallinn designated as UNESCO City of Music

Today, UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay announced 49 new cities that were designated as members of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. Among them is Tallinn, which will bear the title of UNESCO City of Music from 2022.

Tallinn schools to continue partial distance learning for another week

Yesterday, the City Government decided that Tallinn municipal schools will continue partial distance learning for another week, i.e. from 8 to 12 November. Distance learning will continue for grade 4-8 students, but students in grades 1-3 and 9-12, and also students with special educational needs, will remain on contact learning.
