Eight political parties, two electoral alliances and ten independent candidates have submitted their candidacy documents to the electoral committee for the Tallinn City Council elections.
Yesterday, on August 18, the new visitor centre was presented at the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds (Lauluväljak) that tells a story of the Signing Revolution, the tradition of Song Festivals, and the history of the Song Festival Grounds. The centre was created in time for the 30th Anniversary of the Restoration of Independence and will be welcoming all visitors from August 31.

From September 18 until September 26, the seventh Ethnic Culture Days take place in Tallinn, starting with a traditional ethno-fair on the Town Hall Square on Saturday. Vilde tee 118) and tomorrow, May 18, the vaccination centre of East Tallinn Central Hospital will be opened in Tondiraba Ice Hall. All people who have booked an appointment at the digital reception are expected to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
