Running Week: 32 free training sessions across Tallinn

Tallinn, as the European Capital of Sport, will host 32 free running classes from 12-16 May.

The training sessions, which will take place in all eight districts of Tallinn, will be led by experienced coaches who can advise beginners and advanced runners alike. Running classes are available for both children and adults.

In addition to the lively training sessions, participants will receive a four-month training plan at the end of the week, drawn up by Roman Fosti, a marathoner who has competed in two Olympic Games.

Training plans are the perfect tool to help you get in shape for the Tallinn marathon running events in autumn.

To make the running classes even more fun, some of them will be attended by well-known Estonian personalities.

In order to participate in the training sessions of Running Week, you must first pre-register in the Tallinn e-shop.
