Pre-registration is required for training sessions and will open on March 10 via Tallinn's e-shop platform. No registration is needed for the ice disco or to enjoy the figure skating gala.

Ice Sports Day program

Skating lesson with Saskia Alusalu

The training will be led by Saskia Alusalu, an internationally recognized Estonian speed skater who placed fourth at the 2018 Olympic Games.

The session will take place on a rink suitable for hockey, figure skating, and short-track speed skating, providing excellent conditions for learning the basics of speed skating. No special skates are required, but participants with speed skates are always welcome.

The training will focus on key aspects of speed skating – maintaining balance, proper body posture, and speed development. The goal is to introduce participants to the sport, provide practical tips for improvement, and, most importantly, spark a passion for skating.
